Creative Designs Photography is an alliance of two friends, both with a passion for photography and image creation. Cyndi and Shirley are members of the Professional Photographers of America, Arkansas Professional Photographers Association, Senior Portrait Artists, the Professional Photographers of the Ozarks, the Pine Bluff Art League, and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Cyndi and Shirley have received various awards at competitions and exhibits.

The "Creative" in their business name is by design (no pun intended). Cyndi and Shirley love photography but also love computer graphics and working with image manipulation and creation programs. Creativity is not just part of their name, it is the passion within each of them to create unique and captivating images through their love of photography and digital art. Each will spend as much time enhancing your images as capturing them with their cameras -- turning your recorded moments into a memory which is also a work of art.
 

Cyndi Spurlin

Cyndi and her husband Larry live in White Hall and enjoy working at their creative endeavors.  Larry creates hand made knifes while Cyndi is at her computer creating digital art.
 

Shirley Dawson

Shirley and her husband Mel also live in White Hall with their teenage daughter and two dogs.
